Pneumoperitoneum Machine Principle.

CO2 pneumoperitoneum machine is the main equipment for artificial pneumoperitoneum. The CO2 pneumoperitoneum machine can be used to inject medical CO2 gas into the abdominal cavity, using the gas to separate the abdominal wall from the abdominal organs to form a space for surgical operation, which can automatically stop the air intake when the predetermined pressure is reached and maintain a certain amount of gas to keep the abdominal cavity at a predetermined pressure. When the air pressure in the abdominal cavity decreases during the operation (such as leakage or the need for suction during the operation, the abdominal cavity pressure drop caused by the suction or leakage of CO2 gas in the abdominal cavity during the extracorporeal rolling), the CO2 pneumoperitoneum machine can automatically inflate to maintain the necessary space required for the operation.
The pneumoperitoneum machine is mainly composed of inflation system, pressure monitoring system, flow monitoring system and overpressure prompting system.
